Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion open to UK residents 23 or over, except for employees and their immediate families of Budget Car and Van Rental, its affiliates or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

2. The prizes will consist of one year's car hire of the following vehicles:

Peugeot 107 - June 2008
Renault Megane Cabriolet - July 2008
Citroen C4 Picasso - August 2008
Volkswagen Golf - September 2008
Mercedes E-Class - October 2008

Prize car to be driven by the winner and one other named driver only - both must hold a current full clean valid driving licence for a minimum of 12 months. Fully Comprehensive Insurance included (£100 excess applies). Travel restricted to UK only. Normal rental terms and conditions apply. Fuel is not included. Any additional charges, ie, parking fines will be the responsibility of the winner. Budget reserve the right to substitute prizes for ones of equal or greater value and similar specification should the need arise. If a new changeover car is required during the year the winner will be given 3 weeks notice of the exchange date with a 5-day change window. Budget reserves the right to not replace the vehicle if it has been abused. A mileage restriction of 2000 miles per month will apply. The winner will take responsibility for ensuring the vehicle has oil and water and will notify Budget if a service is required.

3. All prize draw entrants will receive a 50p extras voucher:

50p extras voucher valid until 31/12/08 at participating locations - allows a one class upgrade / GPS / additional driver / child seat for the price of 50p.

Valid at all UK participating locations. Normal rental terms and conditions apply. Subject to availability. 50p voucher cannot be used for fuel and/or rental days. No minimum rental period. Only one voucher per rental. One class upgrade from the following car groups: Economy, Compact, and intermediate, to the next highest car group. Upgrade from manual to automatic vehicles are not allowed.

4. All entries to be received by the last day of the respective month - Peugeot 107 - 30/06/08, Renault Megane Cabriolet - 31/07/08, Citroen C4 Picasso - 31/08/08, Volkswagen Golf - 30/09/08, Mercedes E-Class - 31/10/08. Entries will not be carried forward into future months' draws'. Only one entry per person.

5. All entrants will receive an email attaching the 50p extras voucher - this will be received within 7 days.

6. All prize winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by email within 28 days of each draw close.
