I just bought a AOC LM520A 15" Flat Screen Monitor Inc Spkrs off ebay for £16.00 plus £8.00 postage , the seller sells loads of them auctions start at £15 .
They usually go for anything from £15 to £30 but you should be able to win the auction at £16 as did quite easily , its delivered by courier 2 or 3 days later and i'm well pleased my previous monitor was about 2 feet thick this ones about 2 inches .
Its a great monitor worth over a hundred , picture quality is perfect its just like brand new sounds good too , its a lot less clutter on my desk
AUCTION SAYS
"Excellent Condition AOC LM520A 15" TFT Flat Screen Monitor.Unit may have some superficial cosmetic marks on screen fascia surround however the viewing area is excellent.Unit includes speakers integrated in the base. Please note that part of the base is missing and the monitor will be supplied as per the picture. The monitor is still stable even with this part missing as can be seen in the picture. Includes Power Unit and VGA cable."

Whilst its a good price its no way worth over £100.
You can get a brand new 19" widecreen TFT for under £90 , and its specs will be much much better than this old model.
40ms response time is very slow as is the very low 350:1 contrast ratio ( you will be missing a lot of detail in photos with that contrast ratio).
I had a TFT with ths spec about 3 years ago. Current models give a noticeably better picture0 -
if all you want to do is brows the internet then its ok but for anything else you be better paying a bit more to get a better monitor0
