Hi
Posted a few times and at last things seem to have been sorted out. Most stressful thing we have ever done and would have loved to have been able to do it all myself instead of relying on others (but that is another rant).
Money requested by solicitor, in today and deposit ready to rock and roll with some small issues needing ironed out.
One more question. On our mortgage offer it states the mortgage starts on the 16th November and there will a first payment plus initial interest.
Was wondering if we could have this moved to the end of the month, as I don't get paid till then.
Cheers

is your first payment not due december if mortgage starts november?
intial interest charged from 16/11 to 31/11
first payment due december, depending on payment method0 -
Thanks for quick reply.
Would be great if that was the case! :beer:0 -
and with initial interest you can usually add this to the balance but does accrue further interest.0
