ELC Mrs Goodbee's Interactive Dolls House- reduced on the website at the moment by £50 - was £125 and now £75.
However there is a discount code for £20 off £100 that works even though the item is already reduced (usually excluded) so if you need to get other items or accessories the house works out at £50.
Thought it might help anyone who is looking for a dolls house for christmas.

This truly amazing talking dolls' house nurtures and inspires positive bahaviours every day. It has a tri-fold design with 12 rooms, each with interactive surprises, and folds away for easy storage.
The house includes an incredible 400+ activities, songs, words and sounds. You can open up the house to show six rooms on each side. Mrs Goodbee's eyes move, she blinks, smiles and talks, creating endless opportunites to encourage and reward a child's positive behaviour.
Mre Goodbee's Dolls House has been designed to provide hours of imaginative fun for your child that will also prepare her for the real world. It is all about rewarding good deeds, e.g. place the doll in front of the sink in the bathroom and Mrs Goodbee praises your child, saying "You washed your hands - well done!"
At the back of the house is the Garden of Good Deeds:- this is a simple and fun way for your child to pick simple activities and make her responsible for them, e.g. make her bed, share her toys.
Mrs Goodbee Dolls House comes with a girl, baby and dog to play with.
