Grinding sugar to make caster sugar?
Comments
-
I used to use the blender and it did reduce it down, although whether to caster sugar or icing sugar is probably a fair question
Nowadays I'm lazy and do as jennyjelly above does and just fire in the granulated sugar instead. And my baking is always very well received (not least by me
) - try it, honestly you really are very unlikely to notice the difference.

which attachment do you mean? The mini mill thing?
as for granulated suagr...I used it in my baking for years but I really do prefer caster sugar. I guess we all have our preferences"Finish each day And be done with it.
