Seriously, I am so glad we are now debt free and I couldn't have done it without your love and support. It feels wonderful not having any debt hanging over us and restricted what we do. It's so nice to be able to start saving and planning our future together.

What a wonderful story - and a wonderful couple. Don't mind the slushiness - I think it's lovely (and being with my DH for 18 years, tend to forget what these things mean!).

Staying together when you both had debt and difficult times - that's the sign of a really strong and good bond.

I wish you both all the luck in the world for the future - you surely both deserve your debt-free status!

you have inspired me to continue on my debt free challenge (I'm aiming for October 2010).

Just a thought - it might be worth thinking aboiut the next stage of your financial planning in the not too distant future. What do you want to achieve next? Do you want children? To build up anest egg, contribute to a pension, save for a house / make additional mortgage payments etc?

This site offers loads of help, and i'm sure you've got it hand.
