best tracker deal

I have looked around most mortgage tables and sites and the best deal for remortgage that i have found is with first direct life time tracker.
Its base rate + 0.99 for the life of the loan. the product fee is 399 and i have to pay for the valuation. The legal fee will be paid by FD.
Does anyone know of any better tracker deal.

Woolwich have one at Base +1.29% with no arrangement fee and free val (so you only pay legals) at 60% LTV.
It will all depend on your LTV / loan amount / term.0
