Hi,
i am a elf to emma, Gaby M sister,
what do you get a 12 year old girl?
i know she likes makeup, cooking and dancing, so i thought about a mini make up set, hair bits n bobs, silly socks but now i am stuck, i asked my freind whos daughter is 12 but she is a grown up 12 and didnt like the sound of Hanna montana, High school musical ect...
am really stuck0 -
I've just signed up for a young girl (as my daughter is four and would like to be involved) and a teenage boy. Awaiting to hear who I will be assigned but looking forward to shopping with my daughter and it is a good opportunity for her to learn that other people are less fortunate than her. I used to work in London and our company was involved with Toynbee Hall which used to collect Christmas presents for children in disadvantaged families living in Tower Hamlets. They would display a Christmas tree in our staff restaurant and you would choose a gift tag with a description and age of the child and what they liked. I always thought this was a great scheme but can't find anything similar locally therefore have decided to get involved in Post Pals.0

Hiya I read this thread last weekend and was sooo touched i signed up to be an elf and a reindeer. But im abit confused how it works now, obviously for the elf i get some gifts for the child i have been allocated and send them in a box to the address on her pal page, the reindeer i write the letters and send them to the address. Do there then get passed on? so should i send each reindeer letter seperately?
Also for the elf are there anythings we cant include? mine is for a sibling, megan, maddison p's sister (who i am also really struggling with as all it says is she likes bratz, i have sent an email asking for more info but had nothing back?) and also can we wrap the gifts in the box? or would they need to be chhecked or whatever???
If anyone could help me answer these questions id really appreciate it, thanks

Hi Claire, thanks for signing up. Madison has just come out of hospital after a month being in (her mum doesnt seem to have internet access there) so hopefully she will email some ideas now they are home. If you could send the individual letters (or xmas cards) from the reindeer to the address on Madisions page they will be passed on when they arriveBest wins in 2013 £200 and Mini iPad. 2014 no wins. 2015 2 nights 5* hotel with £300 vouchers plus £1150 Harrods gift card
