terms and conditions here- Free prize draw open to UK residents aged 18 and over, registered on the Nestl! consumer database. This excludes employees of Nestl! UK Ltd, their immediate families, agents and anyone else associated with the administration of the promotion.
- Closing date for receipt of entries is 30th November 2008.
- Entries limited to one per household.
- There is one prize of a Nintendo Wii. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.
- The winning entry will be selected randomly by computer from all entries received by the closing date.
- We cannot except responsibility for entries lost in transmission. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt.
- The winner will be notified via email by 14th December 2008 and asked to confirm acceptance of their prize before it is despatched.
- If there is no response from the notified winner after 7 days, a new winner will be randomly selected by computer.
- It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure that their name and postal address details are up-to-date at the time of entering, as we cannot replace prizes that are sent to old addresses.
- The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner's name and county will appear in a future Carnation email.
