Renting out some rooms.

Help,

My wife and myself have just seperated, to help afford the mortage on the house that I was living in I'm considering renting some of the rooms in the house out. Does anybody know what the best way to go about this is ?

You could try contacting your local uni housing officer, but perhaps your first step should be to contact your mortgage lender and check if they're happy for you to let rooms.
