I am 43 have two children age 20 and 18. We run a small franchise and business and my health has got worse and worse. Our wages depend on how much we collect in from shops I have suffered from mental health for the past 15 years, and am ill at the moment, we have run the franchise for 5 years. We cant afford stock at moment so cant service shops to get money in we are a limited company. we have 3 cars a old landcruiser which is now up for sale will get about 1500 2000 if lucky a motorbike spares or repair fo 1k. Have been burying my head in the sand for a long time. Was admitted to mental health unit earlier in year tried to do the ultimate. I feel so sorry for wife and kids to be lumbered with somebody who cant keep a rook over their heads. Off to the doctors know, help!!!

Hi and welcome to the board.
Please do not worry. The first thing you need to do is ring Business Debtline and go through you options with them. If they suggest bankruptcy then come back and will help and support you through it. You are not alone so please don't panic. You have done the right thing and are dealing with your problems head on and you are among friends here.

To get it to lay out neatly you need to use the Format for Discussion Board button that has "MSE" marked on it. Copy and paste from that pop-up window and it should look fine. However, it is the numbers that count more than the layout and you seem to have done that bit so no worries.

Looks like I have started two threads somehow not sure how to delete one of them. I have got a meeting with CAB on Monday, but will definatley have a look at business debtline if things dont work out. If anybody has any tips for keeping calm in this situation would be gratefully received. I am at my wits end with worry. No money, no self esteem, no future?0
