The Snowbell Prize Terms & Conditions

1) The competition is open to all players aged 18 and over, except employees and the immediate families of Monarch Holidays, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition.
2) The closing date for the competition is 7th November 2008.
3) Prize must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative to prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable.
4) The holiday prize is 1 Lapland daytrip based on two adults and two children (up to 14 years old) travelling together departing either from Gatwick on 4th December 2008 or Manchester on 23rd December 2008. The prize includes return economy flights, activities in resort as brochured (see Monarch Holidays Lapland 2008 edition 2 brochure), in-resort transfers, taxes and fuel supplements. The prize does not include transport to or from your home to the departure airport, travel insurance, car hire or any other expenses while on holiday. No cash alternative or date change is available.
5) The winner will be notified by post or telephone within 14 days of the closing date.
6) The winner will be chosen at random from all the players who have entered their details. Multiple entries will allow game play but players will only be entered once into the competition draw.
7) If we deem an entry to be falsified we reserve the right to remove all your entries from the competition.
8) The promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
9) Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
10) Monarch Holidays reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value should circumstances make this necessary.
11) The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this prize promotion.
