in England
Hi,
The rest of my family are currently on holiday in Park Resorts, Camber. I'm going down to join them tonight (and bring us all back home tomorrow).
We're looking for somewhere to eat tonight. Thinking maybe a carvery pub. Does anyone know anywhere?
Or any other suggestions?
Does anyone know anything about "William the Conqueror" in Rye Harbour?
We need somewhere that does "basic English" meals as have got extended family and they're not always easy to please! Roast suits everyone.
Also need somewhere family friendly as we've got kids aged 10m, 2, 4 and 7 between us.
We'll be driving.
Any suggestions welcome.
Jim

Thanks Snugster for the info. None of those were local enough, though.
Ended up in a Beefeater. Not particularly impressed with the food or service, but was a plesant evening...0
