I can't speak for the others.

Personally I used the 30% code once only and I treat a sale in all its variations, simply as any offer to sell merchandise (It makes a lot of sense to clear old stock at cost or even under it). If I do accept to buy some of it, I would expect the firm offering the goods not coming back to me saying "only kidding. If you really need it, why are you coming here". Doing that is amatourish at best, and if not legally enforcable it comes mighty close to it.

i think if as in my case you recieve no confirmation emails then you can use it more than once (for a repeat of first order) other than that i'd say you are right
