I ordered a few things earlier, first time customer, then went back to get more later ;D but it asked for my customer number as I had set up an account on my first visit.
NO customer number on my confirm email so had to go again as new customer.

Anyone find their customer number.

I ordered over the phone - stock in at the time for the Sony digital camera. Order confirmed. Whether it comes through, time will tell. I hope their order system allocates one aside for me now

HURRAH!!

After getting the guy from hell who couldn't understand how to fill in simplest of form and being told I would have to ring back tomorrow to order anything (yeah AS IF!!), spoke to wonderful supervisor. Ordered panasonic tv (ours broke last week) and two Bush 14ins (for kids crap brand but do the job) all for £168 !!
