My experience was the same. I enjoyed the photshoot. But my makeup was rushed with no talk on how to achieve the look myself.

My hair was 'done' not alot o thought went into it.

Nails were patchy and flakey.

And the sale of the photos well I was like :mad:

I was on the phone daily chasing my photos. First my free prints turned up, went to the wrong address. No letter to say where my disk was so more phone calls chasing. The customer service lady was rude and at one point actually laughed down the phone at me.

I did start writing a compliant letter but by the time I'd finished it it was to far after the experience and receiving my photos to send it!!

Wish I had now.

On one of the posts on another board she complained and although she didn't get the cost of her photos back she got the cost of the experience back
