hiya. we are first timer buyers and need to obviously start shopping for our home. when is the best time to wait for sales? pre christmas, boxing day or january? need appliances, new kitchen wardrobes, furniture etc....
also any useful hints and tips much gratefully appeciated - but please try to refrain from any comments about the state of the housing market, thanks
