i ve just had the marital home reposessed a week ago (i dont live there anymore), which has also a secured loan on it.
Ive received a court hearing date today from county court for the loan company to get a repo order on the same property.
Do they not check these things before they go to court? Does the court not check the details of the property??
I assume there no point in turning up as it already been reposessed, should i just leave them to it?? Im sure they'll realise eventually!!
