Martin misses a downshift opportunity!

Are my eyes deceiving me, or did Martin really hand over 3 envelopes with First Class Large Letter stamps tonight? When I write to my bank, I always fold my letter and put it in an A5 or smaller envelope so I don't need a Large Letter stamp - and rarely is such a letter so important that it couldn't wait the extra day or two that Second Class post takes.
I make that £1.56 - 81p = a saving of 75p to be made there, plus another few pence because the smaller envelopes should cost less. Over the course of the series, that amounts to enough for a free drink or two:beer:

Well compared to the cost of the crew in the show it doesn't compare! lol. It costs thousands of pounds to make an episode of any tv show lol.0

I must admit - i wasn't looking at the stamps - that is done and handed to me by my researchers.
Even so in context i think second class may've looked a tad churlishMartin Lewis, Money Saving Expert.
