Statute barred 28 day notice letter sent

Hi all

i sent a letter to debt collectors who had searched my file and left a record in table one of my equifax file.

i have written to the debtors asking them to remove it within 28 days or provide proof that i have made a payment or acknowledeged a debt in last 6 years but have not had reply , i want to issue a county court claim against them for harrasment etc, any tips on court claim wording aand what i can sue them for please.

one debtor has replied and said they will reply in 28 days ( so makes it 56 days! ) i also want to issue a cort claim against them and any advice on wording and what i can claim for wold be great.

i am not after any monies ( though would be nice to win a claim! ) i just want the entries removed from my equifax file as i do not owe any monies

thanks
