I know what you mean about motivation to do packed lunch to take to work. When I went out to work I used to make 5 lunches on sunday and freeze them, then take them out each morning and they are ready to eat by lunch. Couldn't always remember what they were so I had a surprise.
The other thing I did was to have packed lunch 4 days and take away lunch on the 5th.
We have to save money but we have to enjoy our lives as well.
Good luck

Hey
I make my own pack lunches and never eat bread, I find it makes me feel bloated and sluggish in the afternoon, but there are lots of other things you can do.
On Sunday's I usually make up a large bowl of salad, this can be/include;
Rice, pine nuts, avocado, tom, sweetcorn, kidney beans, tuna, quorn chicken pieces, pineapple, there is soooo much you can just bung in a bowl out of a tin, it's easy!! Plus you can just use that for 2/3 days that week, so it saves you making packed lunches every day.
Also, easy to take a tin of soup to work and heat in the microwave (if they have one at work).
Hope that helps you,

Hats off to you skintchick! I might give it a go when the mornings get light again, but I get up at 6am and I can't face the kitchen at that time in the morning - bought a coffee maker for the bedroom so I didn't have to go and boil the kettleHighest debt - £24500 :mad:
