Hello all, does anyone know if there's a generic version of over-the-counter sleep aids like Nytol? It's quite expensive and I think the stuff that makes you sleepy (diphenhydramine) has been around quite a while, but I'm not sure if there's anywhere apart from dodgy internet pharmacies that sell a cheaper version?
Thank you :-)
Thank you :-)
