Please can anyone tell me how long do I cook xmas puddings for in the pressure cooker ,I have small dariole basins about six of them ,my mixture is ready ,I have searched all the links but cant find the information I need ie. how much water and how much pressure how long .My cooker came from Lidl hence no instruction book.It seems silly to use the hob for hours when I can cut it down with the pressure cooker.
Thanks
Thanks

ellie14 I actually just use the pc as a steamer when I do my puddings. I don`t use any pressure. The slow cooker is equally as good for this job. Re time? I would go as per the recipe0
