    My salary (on hand) is £430pw (£1720pm if is 4 payments – or £2130 if is 5 weeks). The salary should increase next year 5-15%.
    No other incomes – maybe something but not regular – let say +£1000-1500 per year

    £399 - mortgage
    £103 - flat service charges (inc water and building insurance)
    £150 - repayments/savings
    £120 - council tax (guessing)
    ====
    £772

    £34 - car insurance
    £100 - diesel
    £12 - car tax
    £20 - car repairs/MoT
    ====
    £166

    £40 - electricity
    £20 - contents insurance
    £30 - mobile phone
    £15 - internet
    ===
    £105

    £127 - loan 1
    £34 - loan 2
    £75 - loan 3
    ===
    £236

    £200 - food - should be more than enough to pay for 2 people and a dog.

    Precis:
    £772 - Flat cost
    £166 - Vehicle cost
    £105 - Bills
    £236 - Loans
    £200 - Food
    ====
    £1479

    Even when you're earning £1720 there is plenty of spare money left over for you to live on. Two people and a dog can be very comfortable on this wage.

    Edited: to remove the TV licence fee because of previous posting.

    OP,

    I would look at repaying those loans rather than pay into an ISA, except if they are low/zero interest.
    In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:
