The HMCS factsheet in this link explains a lot about these orders (assuming that this one will work in the normal way).

Thanks for that. The excellent enforcement guide on the CSA website has mysteriously disappeared 'on purpose' I suspect.

It's daft that the order can only be granted for one day. Rather defeats the object if one doesn't know when the salary goes in!

I will add this link to the sticky.
  • Grrr ......just spoke to my case worker at CSA, they cant tell me what happened yesterday, wont know until next weeek, when I asked if they could not contact the representative from the CSA who would have gone to court, she said no as they normally are in court every day so are not able to be contacted! !!!!!!! couldnt tell me much really, she said that the criminal compliance bloke is having a meeting with a "3rd party" in a couple of weeks re the non compliance, couldnt or wouldnt tell me any more due to bloody secrecy rubbish as they dont want to jeopardise the case. She did say NRP has passed the deadline they gave him to comply, and wont supply them with housing costs etc so they may just go ahead and re-assess him without these details, I asked how she was going to do that if his employer was being non-compliant and not supplying details of his earnings, she wouldnt tell me! She did apologise that it seems so cloak and dagger, but they are in the middle of a criminal investigation so cant tell me much!

Not impressed at all, what a waste of bloody time!

They are spinning you a yarn. Of course the bl*ody representative can phone you to give you the outcome. I remember turning up at Court for one hearing.

    I'm going to PM you.

    Michelle..

    Sent you a PM.

Anyway thought this was of topical events....16K per day for doing nothing. I never rated him and it transpires he is soooooo greedy he won't resign.

    Enjoy...and I'm not a Les...Beryl Reid is a superb actress.

I hope a variant of this is going on behind the scenes.

Now if the BRITISH BROADCASTING COMPANY want to employ me for 6 Million a year I would be delighted. Sod the aftermath. They would get their money's worth.

Beryl does write something disgusting on the toilet wall about the BBC in the film.. btw...

    Discreet, delicious,

    It's been

    A Delight!:p
Angel Delight...another ID long gone of mine.

    AKA a flawed, credible cow...

The CPO has a mobile number - all the case officer has to do is to contact the dept where he/she works and ask for the number - call them and hey presto! They can get an update - even if it means waiting until they get a break.
  • Quick update after MUCH chasing from me, the 3rd party debt order managaed to collect zero, apparently the bank said he was overdrawn so no surprises there then.

The next step they say is a committal order, which will take about 6 months to arrange, and obviously is not going to get the arrears paid. Apparently someone from Criminal Compliance is having a meeting with someone today (they wouldnt tell me who) re the arrears, I guess it is his employer, if so, why cant they tell me that? I told them who his employer was in the first place so it is hardly top secret! I wont hold my breath, I guess the employer will just get another warning about being non-compliant, be threatened with a fine then given another month or so before being chased again. WHat I want them to do is set up an immediate DEO while the NRP is still working for them, as from his past record he is due to move on very soon to a new employer, the CSA have had the employers details since May for goodness sake. I despai really I do. Think it is time I involved the ICE, what do you think?
