Don't know what's wrong but it keeps saying my confirmation code is incorrect and I've done it about 6 times!!!! Anyone help?

It's the confirmation code at the bottom not the promotional one that keeps getting rejected - sorry I should have made it clearer. I tried again and this time not only was the code messing me up but something else too. I might try it in IE and see if it makes a difference. Thanks for the reply.
