Thank you very much for all your assistance in this matter. I have just fired an email off to the Director of the department and quoted what silvercar and here_to_help have quoted. I really hope it does the trick and they budge...if not it'll be interesting to see what they say.
Either way i will keep all posted. My fear is as a ex-RTB tenant will i never be able to remortgage until the 5years are up if Brent dont postpone the charge....hope not!!!
