Hi everyone,
I just wondered if you lovely peeps could give me some help.
My mum told me on the phone yesterday that she's realised its her and my dad's 40th wedding anniversary next month (she thought it was next year... good job she realised in time isnt it?!)
Now this has left me in a bit of a panic about what to buy! Usually I just give them a card but as it's a special one this year I really need a pressie too.
Im not going to be able to give it to them on the day of their anniversary as they are at the other end of the country, but theyre coming down a couple of days after to bring some of my Christmas pressies, so I can give it to them then, but it needs to be practical enough to take on a coach and as they're both disabled, not too big or heavy. (Dont want much do I???:rotfl: )
I have a little bit of cash, (max £50) and I've bought them quite a lot for Xmas already...
Alcohol is out of the question as mum doesnt drink (dad does though)
I sent mum flowers for her birthday last week so dont really want to go down that route again,
Mum and dad both like sweets/cakes but mum is on a diet at the mo....
Not easy!!! I will appreciate any suggestions though!!!
