Has anybody else had grief accessing parts of their online account? Specifically, when viewing your bill?
Am jumping mad, because I tried to access my online PDF bill this morning, and it just kept hanging. All this evening has failed to produce any further joy! :mad::rolleyes:

10.00pm Just tried my account, and cant view any bills either.

I can't view any old bills this morning too.0

Not sure if they have fixed it yet - but if not a work-around which seems to help is to have your PDF reader already loaded before trying to access the bill.
I emailed them a couple of times because I was having trouble and they suggested this as a temporary solution.

it's been slow no matter what part of my account I was trying to access, not just the PDF's0
