i tried it and it don't work

Has anybody checked their accounts regarding the codes.I phoned customer services regarding 2 codes..They said that ZG001 was a 15 discount off your first order and not £10 off £30..she also said ZQ1722 was £10 off a £60 spend...????
I can't use any codes as I am not a first time customer..Does anybody know of any valid codes for customers..

Yes Pudding, Its showing on my statement as a £10 discount, and no, i'm not a new customer.

please help!! the code zq1722, i tried it and nothing has come off,does this mean it aint working or will it show on my statement.when i put the code in it doesn't show but the next step is to complete my order,so will it just show on my statement and not my order?

When I used it, it showed up immediately, before I placed the order, then it appeared on my paper statement too.

Hey, i reckon these codes were for the christmas period, as they are'nt going through any more, plus customer services are'nt any help as they are all confirming these are old codes now. Hummm
Any new codes please !!
