27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
03/06/21: Completion

Tesco children's clothes from 18p!

Our local Tesco had children's summer clothes from 18p today. Not much use in this weather....but may be good for next summer?

And kids clothes pack up nice and small so can easily be put into storage until it hots up again

For younger babies and toddlers, t-shirts can be worn over long-sleep popper vests in winter (about £2 for 3 in Tesco). Looks quite trendy too.

Tesco Prescot had Wall-E short PJs reduced to £1 earlier. Only in sizes 12-18m & 18-24m. Was slightly miffed that I had nobody to buy them for

I got 2 girls T-Shirts (baby) yellow stickered for 12p each :eek:
today (think the logo was I'm so cute). Also got duo pack girls Tshirts red and brown/ red and white/red yellow stickered for 75p on Sat

I went in to Tesco late the other night and they had a bargain rail with ladies clothes. White summer vests for 20p!! Got 5 for £1 - was super chuffed.0
