what happens if cccs don't recommend bankruptcy?

Hi, situation is much the same, have increased dmp from £52 to £64 but only because my car HP shortfall got added on and cccs didn't want to split £52 even further between creditors so I increased payment by cutting back on food. So it meant that creditors didn't get annoyed at getting lower payments, things bit harder now for food costs tho. :eek:BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0

I would have thought that was enough, it is a written BR recommendation.

Does the judge need to see a written recommendation for BR or does he just take your word for it?BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0
