This sounds like a scam. I get 2-3 of these a week but they go straight into phishing scam alerts. The email addresses that they are sent by just bounce back emails. Sorry!! If you search it online it brings up a huge list of the scams similar to the one you have received

Well I received the same letter this morning for £7,354.841 - asking for £20. It has come from Canada!!! Bad enough getting UK scam letters.
Well I wont be parting with £20 either lol.0 -
Hey I got the Canadian letter too! Was thinking about getting a few Canadian relatives to go round and collect the proceeds. Can collect for others if anyone's interested?
