northen rock loan
hello all
we have a mortgage with northen rock
we also got a home start loan with them,
northen rock have told us to go find a new mortgage as they can only give us one at 9.9%, so we are trying to find a new one, now the thing is that the homeloan payments will go up to £328 a month that a rise of £122!
i asked NR for help with this and thy aid tough its there T&Cs
so not very happy with the rock atm, can any one give any advice?
we cant move the loan we have a nationwide loan as well.

I take it your mortgage deal is ending then ?
Have you tried searching on here:

Some info/advice on that link which should help you and give you some idea here.
If you have any loans, they may suggest you add your secured loans to your mortgage to bring down the whole repayment in total, say for instance your loan was over £200 month and that of your existing mortgage is that of what you said above, the repayments may possibly be lower in total put together, but you can always made sure on this with the company first.

thanks for the link, the big problem we have is i have be made unempolyed due to illness. so gettig the mortgage is being tough
and we cant put the loan onto the mortgage as we now dont have as much coming into the house.
