Best bike for a 7 yr old?

Looking for a different bike for my son. Need one that can have stabilisers (hopefully not for long). The chrysler prowler at argos is our favourite so far. Any other ideas?

I've just bought an appollo xc 20 from Halfords. Can't show you one online.I think you'll have to go to store to see it.
My son is 7 next June. It's a bit bigger than he needs, but he'll have longer to grow into it. He's a very good rider already and doesn't need stabalizers.
the bike was £99.99, but if you follow the halfords thread to get the vouchers, you can get £10 knocked off. Take out a store card and get another 10%off then cancel the card later.

I always go back to my small local independant bike shop.
Prices comparable to the big chains (halfords) but you get a much better service and usually a free tighten up service after 1 month.
They will be able to offer some good advice. Don't know where you live but if close to Gravesend I would recommend without hesitation Tri-The Bike Shop
