does anyone know where i can get a mortgage to buy a holiday villa in florida?
it would be a villa i would rent out so there would be an income on it.
i would really like to self certificate if possible (self employed) i have £50k ish to put down so i would need approx. £75k mortgage. i own a guest house worth £225k with no mortgage but i dont want to remortgage the property, ideally i dont want any ties to the guest house ( if things go wrong i dont wanna loose my home only the £50k).
i know britishmortgageabroad do the exact thing i am looking for but the cost's seem alot to set up .
