Ok, so i've taken advice from several different posts on here and have managed to clean and neutrelise the smell of sick from my DS's carpet. (Its been a bad few days!!!):o
But now I'm left with a white halo mark around the orignal area that I cleaned. I used dissolved bio washing powder and white vinegar.
Anyone got any advice on how to now clean this away??

I would go over the white area with water and blot with old towels to remove as much as possible. Its probably a build up of the washing powder dried to form the ring.
Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

I have a steam cleaner which is very good for stains, but if you havn't one you could try with a steam iron and a thin damp cloth to draw the stain out.0
