sammy runs in from work all out of breath!!!!

    Woo hoo, everyone, here I am - what I haven't been missed!:o

I got carried away with work of all things! How come I can only concentrate on one thing at once. Yesterday it was my diet (and no work), today its work (and a chinese) - supposed to be going to running club but AM NOT going in the snow!!!!

Bunny - yes still on for thursday no probs but after that I have to get down to some serious revising and I will be counting on you to test me on a frequent basis.

Evening, had a bit of a rollercoaster day, but Stu has now found somewhere to live, I've got Natasha into nursery for an extra day, still haven't bought a car, fell out with (and made up with) someone I really like (twice!), kids have trashed the house, I put the chicken in the oven and went back an hour later to find the oven is broken and a stone cold chicken was sitting in it looking at me quizzically, and now I've had to cough up for a chinese, of which I ordered way too much (forgetting there are only 3 of us to feed), so now have enough left over chinese for the next 3 days I think.

Oh, and I still have about 2 hours ironing to do, plus the kids have trashed the living room and there was no hot water to wash up, so there's a right pile accruing in the kitchen. :o

    Phew......is it bedtime yet?

Edit - oh bollox, and I haven't made the beds yet, in fact I'm not even sure the bedding is dry.......sleeping bags anyone?

Snaggles, you just reminded me, I need ti decide whether or not to renew the warranty on our oven and hob ;)

It's not something simple like the switch on the wall is it hun

Glad Stu is now sorted with a place to live.

    Enjoy your chinese:p

Skinty, I'm drawing inspiration from your sig hun, I really need to believe this isn't impossible if I'm going to sort everything I need to sort out! :rotfl:

Spud - it's not the switch (although that would be VERY typical of me :D) - I think it could be something to do with the timer (also broken....like everything else I own at the moment), but I can't seem to get it working.

Really need a new cooker - in fact I have £50 in Argoose vouchers from my birthday so I might try to find some way of affording the rest somehow (use my car insurance money then pay monthly for that maybe, or put it on my credit card, which is a better interest rate, then ebay like mad to clear it?)

Just can't face being alone with 2 kids and not having a cooker!

Snaggles, I've also done the switch thing several times, including one that ended up with a £75 call out fee. That's why I thought of it :o

I hope you get it sorted out.
