    I can't even find any below £115!

Excuse my ignorance, but how does this help SAD? When would you use it?

  • can't find it for any cheaper.

My lodger used lightboxes for SAD every day in the winter months. Usually he would sit at the breakfast table munching his cereal whilst topping up his happy face using the light box for 30 mins or so. Seemed to do the trick for him ok.

I've got 2 Biobulbs in my kitchen. Apparently, 2 of these is the same as using a SADbox. They cost around £15 each. All of the family really like them. My son, who's on anti-d's, wants one for his bedroom.

    I have the 25w ones. http://www.fullspectrumlighting.co.uk/
  • I have a light box, the diamond one that u only need to sit in front of for 20/30mins per day. I have it on whilst eating brekkie (multi tasking) lol

I recall it was a bit pricey but this will be my 3rd winter using it. I must admit I do feel better, brighter

I also have a sunrise clock (had that even longer) which is the best thing ever

you can get VAT deducted for sad you just give your gp's details. hope this helps
