Advice Please On Rac Breakdown Cover Via Quidco

Just need some advice please. I have seen an advert on Quidco stating that for Solution 1 or Solution 2 type cover you can get £21 cashback if done via Quidco.

I have visted the RAC site and the basic cover seems to be £33 pa after applying an online discount. Therefore am I correct that this would make the net cost £12 pa. It states the deal finishes midnight tonight.

Just while Im here : Im new to Quidco and just wondered how easy it is to transfer any built up amount to a bank account and how easy this is??? Do I have to leave a min. of £5 in order to pay the annual Quidco fee?

Thank you all in advance

  • Did the same thing in May. (The cashback was paid in August.) So paid just £12.00 for the year.
I have any cashback paid into bank account once a month. It normally goes in about the 3rd day. You don't need to do anything once you have set it up and the £5.00 yearly charge is taken off the amount paid in.

Thanks crocodileteeth really helpful: The small print mentions must be set up on continuous annual renewal so does that mean i would get penalised if I cancelled the policy after one year when the premium jumps?

Also how do I set up this regular bank payment please? Finally ref. the £5 fee if I transfer £10 do Quidco retain the £5 for the fee????
