i complained that it wasnt a premium and face was missing and was told they would sort it manually - maybe thats why mine hasn't shipped

same here - nothing other than an e mail from giles saying they would do it manually to esnure the right (premium) console and the face plate were added. Said the faceplate wasnt going to be in stock til sunday so it owuld ship mon or tues at latest

who knows!
