You might only need to get a lead. Can your CD player record? If so you need to get a lead that goes out of your cassette player and in to your CD player.
    Torgwen.......... :) ...........
  • If your PC has a CD recorder drive.

This site has free sound recorder software.

This lead should connect from your cassette output to your PC soundcard.
Just for one moment, thought I'd found my way.

I use software called Magix Audio Lab, it's great and I've copied all my lps and cassettes to cd - it was easy (even for me!)
    I haven't got one!

I don't think there are any other ways to do it without using a PC without buying something very expensive.

There's lots of details on the net about doing it so I wont repeat it all, just show you how to find it
    Google is your friend

BTW - amazingly this is actually illegal in the UK, the UK is about the only country in the world where you're not allowed to make copies for personal use though I don't think anyones been prosecuted for it for years - it's just one of those stupid laws they haven't had time to change yet.
