CIAO!!!! Help

I've signed up with Ciao! in Oct/Nov, i've filled out quite a few surveys but my account balance still shows as zero, i've emailed the site but they haven't replied and that was last week, what am i doing wrong, or are they just a waste of time.

It might take some time to show, but they normally only take a couple of weeks, have you been completing these to the end? Sometimes you're not in the target group and hence don't get paid and don't complete it all.

I've had some where i get cut short because i don't fit the criteria, so i don't expect anything from them, but i have completed all the others right to the end, i'll give it another couple of weeks.

the thing you have to bear in mind with ciao surveys is that they are often conducted on behalf of other companies.

so until all the results have been collated, ciao are no paid, and until ciao are paid, we are not paid!

be patient...sometimes it takes weeks, or in some cases months. it is not a way of making a quick buck.

I have always found ciao to be ok. It does take a while for the money to reach you though. :rolleyes:

i have found them to be hit and miss,i have just recieved my 3rd payment,but my last request was never put into my bank and that was fir 15 pounds,i contacted them and they said they had put it in,but i know they never.
they do take ages to pay you about 5 weeks and also i have found the responce from emails to be very slow as well.
But i often gets surveys from them and it doesnt take long for your balence to tot up,for me anyway.
hope you sort it out,it can be annoying!

I have registered with them, but it doesnt seem to come to much, there are so many surveys that I 'dont ft the criteria' :rolleyes:
