    It's where you share any gains from an appreciation in the value of your home with the mortgage provider.

    Are they still offering this? It's no good to MS if there are no gains to be made!!!

    Exactly!

    It just so happens that "they" share any loss in negative equity when you come to remortgage. :p:p:p :rolleyes:

    No, they ceased new trading in feb 2008. However, I still have a mortgage with them.

    Could I be in a situation where I will benefit from a serious house price crash???
