You will get this message if you have already completed the survey, if you are sure that you havn't already done the survey just clear your browsers cookies and you will be able to access the survey

I got "This survey is no longer accepting responses" after I entered saying that I didn't listen to Heart Radio I then cleared my cookies and was able to start again
