I am in the process of buying my first home this, with a view to complete this week.
My question is, I have agreed to include my £999 mortgage fee on my RBS group care of Natwest mortgage.
Do I have to pay the deposit on this amount as well (equal to 10%) or do i only pay the deposit on the £156,000 house fee (+ CHAPS payment)
