I wanna recommendation for a New Years Eve party

We will be at Old Trafford on new years eve (United V Bolton) and afterwards I would like to go onto a party, preferably with overnight accommodation as part of the package.
The areas we are looking at are anywhere along the M56/A55 from Manchester, e.g. Chester and along the North Wales Coast as far as Llandudno. Thats the route we would take back home from the match
