I havent had one yet. I was offered a full and final settlement over the phone from Moorcroft debt recovery the dca for my Littlewoods debt. They offered me a full and final settlement figure of 560 pounds for a debt that was 680 pounds. I refused at the time as i didnt have that sort of money avaiable.

 I have just received one in the post.... Balance £14078.......Pay 26% one pament of £3726 OR 3 instalments of £1242 OR 6 instalments of £621, and they will consider my account settled in full!!!!
Unfortunately I am not in a position to take them up on this offer, but 26% is a great settlement figure. Hopefully the chance will come up again when I am in a better finacial position!!
They have also stated that if I can increase my monthly instalment, they will be able to reduce my balance by making further payment(s) to my debt as a gesture of goodwill!!0 -

Natwest took one third F&F years ago.
Liverpool Victoria took 18% but that was because they mis sold the insurance and we fought 8 years refusing to pay anything more than the minimum token payment.
