Is there a bus that goes to/near Makro. Planning on headin up after work today from city centre.

There sure is. The 9A goes past Makro. The buses that go to Lisburn also go through Dunmurry but I don't know where they leave from. You can check on the translink website. They have a good journey planner tool. The train wouldn't be too far away either if you want to take it.Stercus accidit0
