Reccomendation For SIPP Provider

I ve been thinking of making pension contributions recently and want to start using a SIPP.
I have looked at using my companies pension and topping up (they simply provide a selection of funds you can invest in) but the fees are quite significant>.
Has anyone used TDWaterhouse to manage their pension fund contributions? Are they 'good' for this?
Are there any other suggestions that people can reccomend?
Personally I d be interested in investing in ETF's and mutual funds so I am not sure whether that makes much of a material difference.
Thanks
